Non Skating Officials
As well as skaters and referees, WIRD needs Non-Skating Officials (NSO). No bout can be run without them either!
NSO positions include:
Point Score Trackers
Scoreboard Operator
Sin Bin Manager/Mistress
Sin Bin Timers
Penalty Wrangler
Penalty Tracker
Jam timers
Line Up Tracker
Whiteboard Operators
We would love some of these positions to be fulfilled not just by dedicated derby fans but permanent members of the league. WIRD is currently figuring out the best way to reward NSOs who help us in these roles.
